Private Residence – Lomas Verdes VI

Architectural & Interior Design - State of Mexico

This project was developed for a private client who purchased a plot of land in the Lomas Verdes VI area. Together with my team, we created the complete architectural and executive design for the construction of their home — including the full interior design.

The house has a total construction area of 515 m², spread across four levels. It includes three bedrooms, a TV room, living and dining areas, a kitchen, home office, interior patio, garden, a firepit area, a rooftop terrace with pergola and BBQ zone, and a bar in the basement.

The design reflects a modernized industrial style, blending raw materials like concrete, natural stone, steel, and wood, with greenery throughout the house to create visual connections with nature.

The façade emphasizes the verticality of the house while preserving privacy through the use of WPC wood-look lattice panels and concrete breeze blocks, allowing natural light and ventilation while protecting from direct sunlight and neighboring views.

The interior benefits from excellent natural lighting, with skylights and a double-height ceiling in the main social area, enhancing the spacious and open feel of the home.
