Located on the island of Antigua, Pescari Overwater Restaurant is an exclusive floating restaurant within Royalton Chic Antigua, a luxury resort that blends elegance with a vibrant, party-like atmosphere.

 

The project was developed on the pre-existing structure of a former hotel, requiring a complete interior design transformation.

One of the restaurant’s most iconic features is the access bridge, which connects the beach to the venue. This bridge is lined with illuminated arches shaped like tropical leaves, establishing a distinctive visual identity for the space. Upon entering the restaurant, the design integrates with the hotel’s overall concept: a chic, tropical, and lively ambiance that enhances its overwater setting while offering the most beautiful ocean views.

As part of the design team at Zyman & Zyman, my responsibilities included:
✔ Layout distribution to maximize seating capacity and ensure a smooth guest experience, while integrating key areas such as the bar, DJ booth, and lounge spaces.
✔ 3D modeling and rendering to visualize and develop the concept.
✔ Selection of finishes and materials to reinforce the elegant yet tropical aesthetic.
✔ Interior design proposal in collaboration with my lead designer, ensuring alignment with the resort’s identity.
