COLINAS DEL SOL

The Colinas del Sol housing unit is located in the municipality of Almoloya de Juárez, State of Mexico.
This group of social housing presents a series of problems that have prevented its maximum development, highlighting among these the abandonment of housing. For this reason, an analysis was carried out at three different scales to be able to acquire the greatest amount of information that would allow us to arrive at different proposals that would project a notable improvement for Colinas del Sol. For this, an analysis was carried out on a territorial scale, one by one. housing unit scale and finally one on an architectural scale.
The proposals include urban interventions, from the most basic and general but necessary, to the most specific that represent a solution for the needs of the communities analyzed.
