The architectural program consists of a single floor: atrium, central nave, baptistery, interior garden, parking, lounges, administrative area, bathrooms and a viewpoint with a panoramic view of the city.

The development has urban interventions in the streets surrounding it, providing them with wide sidewalks, a kiosk-roundabout to improve vehicular flow, lighting proposals that favor the safety of the area and the elimination of a particularly dangerous alley, yielding part of the land to the community.
